Here are some products and services that we recommend for many of our customers. Check out the links and feel free to ask any questions.
Betco products: Extreme stripper, hybrid wax, hard as nails wax, best scrub
Tile & Grout: For general deep cleaning of tile and grout a good degreaser is needed. We also recommend applying sealer after we have finished cleaning. This will make it easier to mop and clean in between deep cleaning services. Here is one cleaning chemical we use frequently. Betco Liquid Chisel Max
For hard water, calcium, lime, and soap scum buildup, an acid is needed.

Keep Your Floor Looking Amazing
Why is Floor Maintenance Important?
Flooring is an essential part of any business or commercial property. Whether your floor is made from carpet, wood, tile, or laminate, it’s always worth investing time and effort to ensure the floor is safe, secure, and meets a high standard for staff and anyone visiting. You don’t just want your floor to be clean, you want it to be professionally maintained. With the help of our Jeffries Cleaning crew, you will never have to worry about your floor its appeal or cleanliness.
Improper Floor Maintenance Can Cause Problems – Depending on the level of work involved, a simple mop or vacuum may not be enough to get your floor clean. Proper floor maintenance varies with every floor type and it is important to choose the best cleaning method to ensure the job is done correctly. Not knowing the proper treatment for your floor, or suitable cleaning chemicals to use can result in safety hazards or hefty repair costs.
Improve Safety – Beyond dirty floors, visible small cracks and holes in the floor can cause tripping or falling, and often get worse over time. Your in-house cleaners may not have the eye or experience to notice minor evidence of floor damage, whereas professional cleaners and maintenance staff will fix problems. As professional floor maintenance contractors, we will always advise on how to keep your floors in the best condition
Property Value Increase – The quality of your floor is a big factor in the property’s value. Regular floor maintenance services ensure that the floor quality is kept in good condition, and underlying risks or issues that could cause further damage in the future are addressed.

We Got You Covered
Did you know that for many disinfecting chemicals to be used correctly it must stay wet on a hard surface for up to 10 minutes? We rely on these chemicals to keep us safe as we go through our daily lives, but they must be used according to label directions.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the awareness for regularly disinfecting commonly touched areas has dramatically increased. We use Victory electrostatic sprayers to ensure good coverage of disinfecting chemicals. Electrostatic sprayers make the difficult job of laying a uniform coverage of disinfectant much easier. The nozzle can also be set to allow for the correct “wet dwell time” to ensure the label directions are being followed. We would be happy to demonstrate this process and answer any questions you have about proper use of disinfectant chemicals and using electrostatic sprayers.
